Gardner Minshew II has taken the NFL by storm since entering the league this season.
The Jacksonville Jaguars rookie quarterback sent tongues wagging when it was reported his pre-game workouts were done in nothing but a jock strap.
It didn’t end there as the moustached Minshew sent social media into meltdown by donning an eccentric outfit as he stepped off the team plane.
He entered his second starting game of the season on Friday against the Tennessee Titans and made a hot start with two touchdown throws in the opening quarter.

Unfortunately fans quickly turned their attention away from the rising star and became enamoured with his dad, Gardner Minshew I who goes by Flint.
Sitting in the crowd rocking a Jaguars visor, Minshew’s dad showed off his hulk like frame in a stretch to the absolute max Jaguars shirt.
After tossing one of his touchdown passes, the camera panned to the proud dad who celebrated in a seriously fired up manner.
Social media had a field day with images of the jacked up dad quickly doing the rounds.
It becomes the latest incredible chapter in the already unbelievable story that is Gardner Minshew.
The 23-year-old was taken in the sixth round with pick 178 in the NFL Draft and was elevated to the starting position following an injury to Nick Foles.
His impressive displays along with the wild jock strap story saw him offered a $1 million endorsement deal from adult website CamSoda to host workout classes in the attire.
He was destined for greatness early on with his grandfather wanting to name him “Beowulf”, but his dad had the final say and opted to give him his own name.
And he doesn’t go along with regular methods of fishing, instead he just opts to use what God gave him and uses his bare hands.
Fans are already hooked on the impressive youngster, but on Friday he had to play second fiddle to his dad despite leading the Jaguars to a 20-7 victory.
Minshew’s post game chat with NFL Network saw him reduced to second fiddle as his dad walked on stage and fielded questions.
Jacksonville (1-2) ended a four-game losing streak in the AFC South series and avoided the franchise’s second 0-3 start in four years.
Minshew completed 20 of 30 passes for 204 yards in the win as the Jaguars defensively suffocated the Titans.
Jacksonville sacked Marcus Mariota nine times, including three by Calais Campbell who spearheaded the defensive onslaught.
