There’s a unique chance to learn about utilising social media with the Victorian Government running free sessions this week.
As part of the Digital Innovation Festival, people can attend two workshop style sessions on Thursday – social media strategy and writing for social media.
The social media strategy covers setting smart goals, five key elements of a strategy, building a strong brand, recognising the impact of social media and selecting the proper format.
The writing for social media session is open to anyone who wants to learn more about writing engaging content across various platforms.
It will cover brand presence, content management, language techniques and user-generated content.
Social media strategy runs from 1pm until 2.30pm and writing for social media starts at 3pm until 4.30pm.
Both workshops are free but limited spaces available and must be booked online.
The event will be held at Quest Shepparton on Welsford St this Thursday. Visit: www.dif.vic.gov.au for more details.
